Zoom is in the process of rolling out a global fix for this issue and they are reporting that services have already been restored for some users.

Zoom is currently experiencing a service interruption resulting in difficulty joining or hosting meetings and webinars for many users. They have identified the cause and are working on implementing a fix as soon as possible.
