On Monday, November 15th at 5:00pm, USC Provost IT will apply upgrades to the ServiceNow platform. During this time, the Provost Service Center platform may be intermittently inaccessible by staff and clients. There is nothing that you need to do before or after this upgrade and any requests submitted during this time via the Service Center Portal or via email will still process normally.
