Update -
This issue is still ongoing. Some sites and services appear to be accessible when using the USC VPN or the USC Guest Wireless wifi network. There is still no update on a permanent fix.

Update -
This issue has worsened overnight, and many USC and non-USC sites and services are unavailable due to issues with domain name resolution. There is no update on a fix from ITS at this time. This incident is being upgraded in severity as a result.

Identified -
Due to a network change induced by Information Technology Services, some Provost IT-provided services, applications, and platforms are currently unavailable. Provost IT is working with ITS to try to resolve the issue and revert the ITS changes that caused the issue.
